We're sorry to see you go. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile
Photos, gallery content, and configuration data
Transaction history
All personally identifiable information associated with your account

Note: certain financial and tax records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — From the app

Open the Weenjoy app
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to support@weenjoy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
